Explanation of Yoga classes:

  • Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is an ancient yoga practice that aims to strengthen the body and mind. This practice includes physical postures (asanas) and breathing practices (pranayama) to help increase flexibility, strength, and balance in the body.
  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that combines physical postures (asanas) with breath (pranayama) in a continuous flow. Each movement is connected with the breath, and these movements are performed in synchronization with the breath. The goal of Vinyasa Yoga is to strengthen and increase flexibility in the body, improve breathing and blood circulation, and achieve inner calm and focus. Vinyasa Yoga is a practice that can be adapted to different levels, from beginners to advanced, and is ideal for those seeking a dynamic yoga practice.
  • Dynamic Flow
Dynamic Flow is an energizing, breath‑driven practice that builds heat, strength, and focus through continuous, intelligently crafted sequences. The pace is steady and rhythmic, inviting you to move with clarity rather than speed, and to meet each transition with presence. It challenges the body while sharpening attention, creating a sense of momentum that feels both grounding and liberating. By the end, the energy has shifted—lighter, clearer, and more awake from the inside out.
  • Flow Foundations
Flow Foundations is a grounding, steady-paced class designed to help students build a clear, intelligent relationship with movement. It focuses on breath-led transitions, simple but intentional sequencing, and the fundamentals of alignment—not to perfect the shapes, but to understand how the body organizes itself in flow. The practice creates a stable base for strength, mobility, and presence, offering a supportive entry point for newer practitioners and a refining reset for more experienced ones.
  • Pranayama
Pranayama is a yoga practice that involves breath control. In this practice, the practitioner focuses on their breath and the flow of air through their passages. The practice of Pranayama can help increase oxygen in the blood and improve respiratory function. It can also aid in relief from anxiety and stress and increase inner calmness and concentration. The practice of Pranayama can be performed in combination with other yoga practices or on its own.
  • Yin Rituals
Yin Rituals is a slow, immersive practice that invites the body to soften and the mind to settle into deeper layers of awareness. Postures are held for several minutes, allowing the fascia to release and the nervous system to unwind gradually. Rather than striving or shaping, the emphasis is on listening—meeting stillness with curiosity, patience, and breath. It’s a grounding experience that restores balance, offering space for emotional clarity, quiet introspection, and gentle renewal.
  • Myofascial Release & Yin
Myofascial Release & Yin is a deeply therapeutic blend of gentle self‑massage and slow, spacious stillness. Using massage balls and targeted pressure, the practice helps dissolve tension in the fascia, awaken areas that feel stuck, and improve overall mobility. Once the tissues begin to soften, Yin postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to unwind layer by layer and the nervous system to shift into calm. It’s a grounding, restorative experience that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and quietly renewed.
  • Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a technique of deep relaxation and rejuvenation of the body and mind. It combines a level of unconscious sleep with full awareness and achieves a reduction of anxiety and stress, improvement of sleep, strengthening of the immune system, and an increase in concentration and creativity.
