Re-Treat Your Mind 100h Training
Re‑Treat Your Mind is a 100‑hour journey into breath, stillness, and inner presence — a space where practice becomes a gentle return to yourself. It invites you to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover clarity through mindful awareness.
It gently invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within. Through consistent practice, it becomes a sanctuary where presence softens the noise of everyday life.
October - December 2026
Re‑Treat Your Mind is a 100‑hour experiential training designed to provide a structured and comprehensive approach to breathwork, relaxation techniques, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. It offers a clear methodology for developing inner steadiness, mental clarity, and a more intentional personal practice.
Over the course of six weekends, participants engage in guided practice, theoretical context, and reflective integration. The curriculum emphasizes consistency, embodied learning, and practical application, enabling each participant to incorporate these techniques into daily life with confidence and awareness.
This program is suitable for individuals seeking depth, continuity, and a grounded understanding of contemplative practices. Yoga teachers may also apply all training hours toward Continuing Education with Yoga Alliance.
Re‑Treat Your Mind is a practice‑based training that prioritizes experience over theory, supporting a gradual and meaningful return to presence.
